Routine: kjt_mouse_irq_code

If a program is using a custom IRQ handler but the kernal mouse routines are required, this routine can be called by the main IRQ code.

The routine should only be called when the mouse IRQ flag is set. The routine itself clears the relevant IRQ flag.
